Rori had her first t-ball game yesterday evening. She had fun, although I'm pretty sure she had more fun batting than fielding! She is on the team with the green shirts, called the Marlins. She chose the number 3 shirt because the number 5 was gone.

A ball came near her so she jumped on it first! She's throwing it to home base.
Now it's her teams turn to bat. She's right handed, but she bats left handed. Must take after my Grandma! She missed the first time.
There she hit it!! Now run, Rori, run!!!

Chatting it up with friends while waiting for their turn to bat. She had 9 kids on her team and she knows 3 of them. Gotta catch up on old times I guess!!!

Attempting to get them to follow in line to "Good game" the other team! They did finally get it accomplished after a couple of attempts. Rori (in the 3 shirt) was trying to get that little boy in the blue shirt to high five her.....he wasn't interested! A bunch of 4-5 year olds running around the field trying to get to the ball first is pretty darn cute!! Good game Marlins!!
