I about stepped on a dead mouse right in front of my fridge this afternoon. It was not there when we left to run errands but it was when we got back. I am not happy to see that we have started getting mice again....yuck. But it is getting colder so they are wanting to get warm too; hopefully that is the only one we will see. We only saw one a couple of years ago and none last year. I don't really want to add to that count!
I'm not sure if Boots (our kitty) killed it or if it was already dead, or if he killed it a couple of days ago and brought it to me today or what, but it didn't seem freshly dead. But hopefully he caught it regardless and he is going to be a good mouser. He does like to chase things.
Yuck is all I have to say!
