Santa and Crafts

We went to visit Santa last weekend.

R was the only child of mine that would sit next to him! She gave him a whole list and V did tell him one thing he wanted. At least we moved up to talking to him this year! He told me that he'd stand next to him so I could take his picture....that did not happen. He got close enough to tell him his one thing and that was the end of that! E would not have anything to do with him....I hadn't expected her to.

Then after visiting with Santa, they did some Christmas crafts at City Hall.

They made santa pictures.

This is V making a reindeer puppet.

They made marshmallow snowmen to eat. The frosting was their favorite part!

Then they made snowflakes out of pipe cleaners. R is concentrating hard with her tongue to wrap her little pieces around her snowflake! She gets that from her Dad!!

V's snowflake all done.

They had a good time and had cookies and juice to round out our visit to Santa.

The holiday's are so fun. I've got lots of things planned for them to make throughout this holiday season. I'm also making progress on my Christmas gifts so there are more pictures to come of the ones I can show you right now. The kids and I also made there Christmas ornaments this year, so I will get that posted tomorrow.

Keeping Things Fun!
