My stove burners haven't set in their pans right since we moved in. And I am cussing them, well, a lot!
I was trying to fix a burner a couple of days ago to make it sit flat and stay hot at the same time (who knew they could do that?!) and I broke the little bracket that holds the burner together. Way to go me!! But they were not quite right anyway.
So we made a trip to Menard's last night and got some new burners and burner pans. But we couldn't get the generic silver ones because the generic burner wouldn't set in them right. Crazy! So we had to get these black ones, which apparently are shaped just slightly different so that the burners set in them just perfect. Yay! My stove is fixed! Hopefully no more cussing at it! Oh, and Joe thinks we should paint the stovetop red.....not such a bad idea, might be pretty with the black burners and pans. I suggested painting it red gingham!! Keeping Things Fun!
